It is recommended that you arrange medical and accident insurance for your stay. If you are a European citizen, you can get the E111 form from your Social Security Office.
Trinity School is closed during all national and local holidays.
Add 10 € to every bank transfer for bank charges.
It will be necessary on the part of Trinity School, to receive the minimum payment of a 1 week course and the application form before the Academy sends any letter of acceptance. The entirety of the course should be paid three weeks before the beginning of the course by bank transfer, eurocheque or credit card. All bank expenses should be paid by the student.
If some cancellation takes place some days before the beginning of the course, or after the course has begun the student will lose the 100% of the course. If the cancellation takes place one week or more before the beginning of the course the Academy will only return 100% of the price, less the deposit and 45 €, to cover expenses.
We give a full refund to students (less registration fee and deposit) who do not participate on the course if we receive the written cancellation more than 7 working days before the arrival. After this date there is no refund as all deposits will be paid for this student on all the activities and to the host family/student apartments 7 days before arrival.
